Working with Adrian could not have gone any better. Adrian was committed to the process from the beginning to make sure I found the right place. He regularly sent over listings, always made time to accommodate my requests, answered any questions I had, and did research as needed prior to making any major decisions. Adrian is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Throughout my process of finding a tenant, Adrian was always timely in his communication, and he made a stressful process stunningly easy. While you can rent/sell your property on your own, I definitely do not recommend it. The amount of time, research, and preparation I saved was worth it.
