Meet
The Tall Realtor.

A thoughtful approach to your next move.
And a real person to talk it through with.

Real estate is personal.
My approach is, too.
I’m Adrian Wojtun, a Connecticut real estate agent with New Haus Group LLC. People remember “The Tall Realtor” because of the height. I’d rather they remember how clear and calm the process felt.
Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most people make, and it rarely comes at a convenient time. My job is to make each step understandable: what a home is likely worth and why, what it will really cost to own each month, what an inspection found and what it means, and which decisions are yours to make. When I don’t know something yet, I’ll say so and find out, rather than guess.
I built this site so you can do real homework before we ever talk. Listings come straight from SmartMLS, Connecticut’s multiple listing service, and the market numbers, value estimates and payment tools show where their numbers come from.
I work with buyers, sellers and homeowners across central and northern Connecticut.

More clarity.
At every stage of home.
I wanted a place where you could explore, ask better questions and feel more prepared before making a big decision. Useful tools should give you a starting point. A conversation brings it back to you.
See beyond the listing.
Picture your everyday life in a town, define your must-haves and consider the monthly payment, not just the asking price.
Build your home preferencesPrepare with perspective.
Understand how comparable sales inform value, explore dated local market snapshots and bring your property questions to a personal conversation.
Explore home valueKeep home moving forward.
Organize a move, explore the services your home may need and plan your next project with a clearer starting point.
Explore home servicesExplore at your own pace. Contact details are requested only when you choose to save or submit something. Listings come from SmartMLS and refresh every hour; value estimates are a starting point, not an appraisal. Local contractor recommendations are being prepared.
Thoughtful from the first conversation.
A conversation first.
We start with your goals, timing and budget, and what would make this move feel like the right one. You don’t need every answer before reaching out. Most people don’t.
Context before a decision.
The sales behind a price, the full monthly cost behind a budget, what an inspection found and what it means. You’ll see what I see, and why it matters.
Clear next steps.
From accepted offer to closing, I keep track of the contract dates, tell you what’s coming and what’s needed from you, and keep you posted without you having to chase me.
Questions people
often ask me.
Do I need to be pre-approved before we talk?
No. A pre-approval matters once you’re ready to make offers, because sellers want to know your financing is in place. Before that, we can talk through budget, monthly costs and timing, and I can explain what lenders usually ask for.
How does working together as a buyer begin?
With a conversation about what you need. Before we tour homes together, we sign a written buyer agreement that spells out what I’ll do for you and how I’m paid, so there are no surprises later.
Who handles the closing in Connecticut?
Attorneys. In Connecticut, buyers and sellers usually each have their own real estate attorney. I work alongside yours from accepted offer to closing.
I’m only thinking about selling. Is it too early to talk?
Not at all. Many good sales start with a conversation a year or more ahead. In the meantime you can follow your home’s estimated value and your town’s market on this site, with no commitment.
Do you work outside central and northern Connecticut?
You can search the whole state here. If your plans take you somewhere I don’t know well, I’ll tell you, and with your permission connect you with an agent who does.
Can we talk in Polish?
Tak, oczywiście. Chętnie porozmawiam po polsku o każdym etapie kupna lub sprzedaży. Yes: any part of the process can happen in Polish.
Your plans.
